Officially opened en 1612 as The Place Royale, Place des Vosges was constructed on the orders of Henri IV who died before he saw it completed. It quickly attracted high society to the Marais, often visited by Madame de Sévigné, Racine, La Fontaine and Molière.
Nowadays, beneath the arcades of the square, it is pleasure to browse in the antique shops, visit the arts galleries or dine in a good restaurant, nearby the lively Place de la Bastille and the pituresque Jewish quarter.

Staying at the Pavillon de la Reine will be delightful for you : the flowered courtyard isolates the guest rooms from the outside animation.
If your room doesn't overlook the courtyard, then you may contemplate the patio planted of trees and flowers.

Each room is unique : high quality fabrics, warm colours, painted wood bed's overhead, Louis XIII antique furniture, wrought iron bracket lamps...
Standard room or Duplex, all rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable with air conditioning, direct phone, satellite TV, mini bar, room service 24h, laundry.
