Grand Hôtel Nord-Pinus

Place du Forum
13200 Arles

Lcoated in the heart of the old city centre.
Restaurant "Brasserie du Nord Pinus"

A meeting place for artists through the years, ever since its opening in 1865, this four star hotel has lost none of its lively spirit and bohemian feel. The sumptuous decor includes chandeliers, leather couches, wrought iron bannisters, and many antiques.

The 23 beautifully decorated bedrooms continue this theme, the aim being to provide 'an atmosphere rather than a mere room'. Room service is provided, and all the rooms are air conditioned, with direct phone line, satellite television, private safe and mini bar.
Picasso is one of the many famous personages to have stayed here.

The town of Arles has an ancient tradition of annual bullfights, the posters for which decorate the walls of the lounges and the bar. The attached restaurant, the 'Brasserie du Nord-Pinus' offers a high quality menu, with excellent wines.
Arles has much to offer the visitor, particularly its markets and museums. After a day spent discovering Provence, why not relax on the terrace, and watch the world go by ?
