Cinémathèque française |
The Cinematheque was created by Henri Langlois. An important center of the "seventh art" of filmmaking, the Cinematheque inspired several famous French fimmakers such as Franois Truffaut and Jean-Luc Godard. There is also a large film library (the biggest in the world!). The two screening rooms here often show restrospectives on different specific themes. |
